Do I need an existing chatbot to activate this flow?

Not necessarily. If you already have a Kharyo chatbot, you add the payment verification skill from the panel. If you are starting from scratch, you configure both the chatbot and the collection flow in the same activation process.

What happens if the customer says they paid but no bank notification arrives?

The chatbot tells the customer the verification is pending and will notify them as soon as the system confirms. If Kharyo Listener does not detect the bank notification within the configured window, the transaction moves to human review.
