How we measure
What are Tokens?
They are the "fuel" for Chat and content generation. Writing an email, analyzing a document, or creating an image consumes tokens.
E.g.: 1 HD image ≈ 2,000 tokens.
What are Executions?
They are consumed when running complex workflows ("Heavy Workflows") designed in the Editor.
Chatbots and Listeners (like the Payment Reconciler) are "Light Workflows" and do NOT consume your plan's executions, only the Tokens used by the AI.
Your execution quota is exclusive to advanced automations.
What is a conversation?
A full back-and-forth exchange with one customer. The 'up to X conversations/mo' figure is the friendly translation of your token pool. Very long conversations or premium models burn your quota faster; the token pool is the real limit.
Which models can I use?
Every plan includes access to all available models (GPT-5.4, Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro and more). Kharyo automatically picks the most cost-efficient one per task; you can force a specific one manually.
E.g.: GPT-5-mini ≈ 3 tokens/1K. Claude Sonnet ≈ 75 tokens/1K.
