Do I need a Stripe account or my customer’s credit card?

No. Kharyo supports the actual payment methods used in LATAM: mobile payment, transfer, Binance and Zelle. The customer pays the way they already do, without the friction of an international card.

What happens if the customer books but does not pay the deposit?

The bot sends automatic reminders. If the customer does not pay within the configured window (30 minutes by default), the slot is released and becomes available to others.

Can I charge the full amount or just a percentage as a deposit?

You set the percentage. Some businesses charge 100% in advance, others 30-50% as a hold. Kharyo supports any configuration per service type.

How does Kharyo verify that the payment actually arrived?

Reconciler processes incoming bank SMS in real time and matches them to the booking by amount and reference. For Binance and Zelle, the customer sends the receipt and Kharyo verifies it automatically.

Can I keep booking manually from my calendar?

Yes. Kharyo respects events you create directly in Google Calendar and never offers booked slots. You can mix WhatsApp bookings with manual scheduling without conflicts.

How long does it take to activate the flow in my business?

If you already have WhatsApp Business and Google Calendar connected, the base flow goes live in under an hour from the panel. Customization (services, prices, messages) is done with no code in the visual editor.

Does it work outside Venezuela?
