What people ask before getting started

Does the customer need to install anything?

No. The customer just messages your WhatsApp the way they always have. The whole conversation happens in their regular WhatsApp app.

Can I define different hours per service?

Yes. Each service has its own duration, available hours and assigned practitioner. The bot respects that configuration when offering openings.

And if I have several practitioners in the same business?

Kharyo supports multiple calendars. The customer can request a specific practitioner or let the bot propose the first one available.

How does it prevent double booking?

The bot checks your calendar in real time before proposing each opening. Once confirmed, it locks the slot in under a second.

Can I collect the deposit alongside the booking?

Yes. If you also activate the Reconciler module, the bot requests the deposit before confirming. That combined flow is covered by our "Book and collect via WhatsApp" use case.

Which languages does it operate in?

Neutral LATAM Spanish by default. Customizable to a local accent (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Peru) or English for mixed markets.
