A business doesn't run on reacting alone. Now neither does Kharyo

Until now, Kharyo responded when something happened. A customer sent a message and your agent replied. A payment came in and it got checked. That covered a lot, but it left out the other half of the job: the part nobody asks you to do.
The customer who asked for a price and went quiet. The transfer that arrived with no name on it and sat there. The order left half-finished late on a Friday. Most of what a business loses is not lost by answering badly. It is lost by not getting back to people in time.
A business doesn't run on reacting alone. Now neither does Kharyo.
It starts with a conversation
In the new Kharyo you do not set up a bot. You tell your advisor how your business runs: what you sell, where your customers reach you and how they pay. You can hand it your catalog, your photos or a link to your website. From that it suggests the agents you need, and when you agree you tap "Build my team".
Each agent has a job, the way a person you hire has one. One looks after your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or the chat on your website and takes their orders. Another follows up on quotes that never got an answer. Another keeps you posted on the payments that reached your bank. A repair shop, a clothing store and a clinic end up with different teams, because each one comes from what you told it.
Before you switch them on, you try them. You chat with each agent as if you were a customer, and no real message goes out. Once they convince you, you tap "Activate my team".
They take the initiative, within your rules
That team does not sit and wait. Luis asked about a set of brake pads one evening, got his quote and never replied. The next morning the agent wrote to him to pick it back up, because you once asked it to follow up on pending quotes.

You are the one who switches that follow-up on. No rule that writes to your customers switches itself on.
You direct them by talking
There are no settings screens to learn. You tell Kharyo what you want, the way you would tell someone on your team:
"I want someone to follow up on pending quotes."
"Shipping is $3 now."
Kharyo works out what changes, prepares it and shows it to you before anything applies. For the follow-up you see what your agent does today, what it will do from now on and the exact message your customer would get. Nothing goes out until you authorize it. Shipping works the same way: you see the new rate as it will be saved, and you save it.

You do not need to know where each setting lives or what it is called. You say what changed in your business, and Kharyo takes it from there, with your approval.
People decide. Agents execute.
You decide the prices, the rules, the tone, what each agent handles on its own and what it checks with you first. The agents do the day-to-day work inside those limits.
Charging or deleting anything always goes through you. Other actions that leave Kharyo, such as writing to your spreadsheet or setting a reminder, wait for your approval whenever you choose, and before you say yes you see exactly what will happen and where. That rule is not up to the agent: Kharyo checks it before every action.
When a customer needs a person, the agent hands you the conversation and steps back. You pick it up in Inbox with the whole history in front of you.
Coming soon: your agents handing work to each other without the customer leaving the conversation.
Already a Kharyo customer?
You are not starting from scratch. Your current assistant keeps answering until you decide to hand the channel to your new agent. You do it in the activation step: you pick the number you already use, see what your assistant did and authorize it for your agent. If something is not ready, your assistant keeps the channel.
Inbox and Reconciliation stay where you know them, with your conversations and your payments. The new part lives in Agents: that is where you watch your team at work and ask Kharyo for changes.
